Request account deletion
You can ask DVL Labs LLC to delete your OriginScout account and associated account data. This page is available even if you cannot open or sign in to the app.
Send your request
Email privacy@getoriginscout.com from the Google email address you use with OriginScout. Use the subject line OriginScout Account Deletion Request.
Start deletion requestVerify your identity
We may ask you to complete a limited verification step so we do not delete the wrong account. Never send us your password, Firebase token, App Check token, or other authentication credential.
Deletion and confirmation
After verification, we disable access and delete or irreversibly de-identify account information not required for security, fraud-prevention, legal, or audit purposes. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained and why.
Data covered by the request
- Your OriginScout application account and access state.
- Your link to the Firebase identity used to access OriginScout.
- Associated account lifecycle timestamps and records, subject to the limited retention described below.
Data that may be retained
We may retain a minimal internal account identifier, provider link, and deletion timestamps when needed to document the request, prevent unintended account recreation, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. Product facts and analyses are not personal account history and may be retained independently. Google accounts and data controlled by Google must be managed directly through Google.
